Will Call

Once your order is placed, a team member will confirm the Will-Call date. Orders not picked up within one day of the confirmed date will be contacted, and after 10 business days, will be shipped Prepaid and Add (PPA) by Merritt Aluminum Products.

Please arrange timely pickup to avoid additional shipping costs and delivery delays.

Will-Call pickup hours are as follows:

Monday-Thursday, 07:00AM-4:00PM MST

Friday, 07:00AM-03:00PM MST

We kindly request that all Friday will-call pickups arrive by 2:30PM.

Columbus, OH

Will-Call pickup hours are from 8AM-3PM, Mon-Fri.

Sacramento, CA

Will-Call pickup hours are from 7AM-3PM, Mon-Fri. For same-day will call requests, an additional charge will apply.

Dallas, TX

Will-Call pickup hours are from 8AM-4PM, Mon-Fri. We kindly request that all same-day pickups/delivery orders are placed by 12PM (noon) Central Standard Time.

Calgary, AB

Will-Call pickup hours are from 9AM-12PM and 1PM-3PM, Mon-Fri.
