Custom Quote Process for Our Valued Customers

At Merritt Aluminum Products (MAPCO), we specialize in manufacturing custom products to meet your specific needs. All custom quote requests are valid for 30 days following receipt of the quote from MAPCO Sales. Here’s how our streamlined quote process works to ensure you receive timely and accurate quotes:

What to Expect:

• Quick Turnaround Time – We aim to provide a complete quote within three business days.

Step-by-Step Process:

• Initial Request – Contact our Sales team with your quote request.
• Provide as much detail as possible, including pictures, dimensions, and material specifications.
• For most standard configurations, we will provide a price within 24 hours.
• For non-standard products (e.g., odd sizes, unique parts, or accessories), Sales will forward your request to our Engineering and Production Control teams, who will finalize the quote process with a drawing.

Final Quote Delivery:

• On or before the third day, Sales will provide a complete quote, including part numbers, pricing, and drawings.

Revisions:

We strive to get everything right from the start to avoid revisions. However, if revisions are necessary, please note that the process may take an additional three business days from the time the revision is requested. Custom, modified and configured items cannot be cancelled after production has started (typically within 24 hours after receipt of order.)
